Mr Micheál O’Rourke is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon specialising in oculoplastic, lacrimal, and orbital surgery. After training in Ireland, he completed three years of international fellowship before returning to establish his practice. His work spans the full breadth of oculoplastics — from cosmetic blepharoplasty and aesthetic injectables to complex reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, and paediatric plastics.
