Congenital Ptosis
Assessment and surgical correction of drooping eyelids present from birth. Careful evaluation of visual development and amblyopia risk. Timing of surgery is individualised to balance visual need with anaesthetic considerations.
Paediatric Lacrimal Surgery
Management of blocked tear ducts in children, from conservative measures through to probing, intubation, and endoscopic DCR where required.
Orbital & Periorbital Tumours
Biopsy and management of orbital and periorbital tumours in children. Close collaboration with paediatric oncology, pathology, and radiology colleagues.
Eyelid Malposition
Correction of eyelid abnormalities including epiblepharon, entropion, and ectropion in children. Protecting the ocular surface and supporting normal visual development.
